All prices are inclusive of VAT. All Spaces require a £50.00 refundable deposit for each entry key fob (lost fobs will incur a £65.00 replacement charge)
If you hold a valid Blue Badge, you are exempt from paying the VAT on your invoice, you will be required to provide a copy prior to commencement of your tenancy.
