Please be aware that we have received notification of a temporary road closure at Minehead Road and Bishops Lydeard Bypass, Bishop’s Lydeard for approximately 313 metres, which will commence on 25th April 2025 and is expected to last until 27th April 2025 (between 18:30 to 23.00hrs). These works are for Kiely Bros to carry out phased prep works, surface dressing, application of Kiely Lock and associated works such as stud removal/renewal and lining works on behalf of Somerset Highways., their works reference is LG018SD001101-STUD2-02 .
the road will be reopened when no works are taking place. Signage will be placed on site. There may be a need for additional closures at a later date and if so, a noticfication will be sent for these.
